Circular tricot woven fusible interlining

Our circular tricot woven fusible interlining is a highly elastic, four-way stretch interlining engineered specifically for all kinds of stretch fabrics.

This series adopts 100% polyester as material. It supports multiple coating options including double dot and scatter dot, with optional adhesives coating: PES, PA and mixed PES+PA. Grammage covers a full range from 30gsm to 75gsm, offered in two handfeel grades: soft and stiff. The product features outstanding elasticity, great resilience and soft draping performance, and is widely used for garment interlining and embroidery backing.

The base fabric is produced on circular knitting machines, creating a delicate tricot structure that delivers exceptional stretch and perfect recovery in both warp and weft directions. Customers can customize the coating adhesive weight according to actual production demands.
The adhesive coating provides strong yet flexible adhesion without restricting fabric stretch, effectively avoiding common issues like fabric puckering, interlining delamination and glue strike-through. It boasts excellent shape retention, premium wrinkle resistance and stable washing performance, and will not alter the original soft hand feel and natural drape of outer stretch fabrics.

This interlining is designed to move seamlessly with stretch outer fabrics such as jersey, spandex blends, elastane-containing materials, and other knitted garments. Typical applications include stretch shirts, activewear, sportswear, elastic waistbands, cuffs, collars, plackets, leggings and stretch dress components. 

Fusing conditions are standard (temperature: 130–150°C, pressure: 2–4 bar, time: 12–15 seconds). The interlining is available in off white, snow white, gray, and black, with a standard width of 60 inches and roll lengths from 30 to 100 meters/yards. Manufactured under the Yuheng brand, this product is SGS certified for safety and quality.
