Our 23gsm thermal bonded nonwoven fusible interlining (model SR-176E) is a high-performance engineered fabric designed to provide lightweight support and structure to a wide range of garments. Manufactured using advanced thermal bonding technology, this interlining consists of 100% synthetic fibers that are heat-fused without chemical binders, ensuring excellent dimensional stability, soft hand feel, and consistent fusing performance. The base fabric weighs 17gsm, complemented by a 6gsm PES (polyester) coating, resulting in a total weight of 23gsm. This coating offers superior adhesion to various outer fabrics including wool, cotton, polyester, and blends, without glue strike-through or bleed-out. Ideal for light to medium-weight applications such as blouses, shirts, T-shirts, dresses, and lightweight jackets, this interlining enhances drape and shape retention while remaining virtually invisible from the fabric's face side. The fusible process is fast and reliable under standard industrial conditions (temperature: 130–150°C, pressure: 2–4 bar, time: 12–15 seconds). Available in multiple colors (off white, snow white, charcoal, black) and widths (36" to 60"), with roll lengths from 100 to 500 meters.
