Our water jet woven fusible interlining is a premium lightweight woven lining tailored for high-end apparel. Adopting advanced water jet weaving technology, the base fabric features a neat, uniform and stable surface with minimal yarn displacement and weaving defects, delivering reliable structural stability for garment application.

This interlining is coated with high-quality PES/PA Mixed double-dot glue. The optimized combination of woven base fabric and double-dot coating ensures even glue distribution and stable adhesion. It balances lightweight comfort and excellent shaping performance, avoiding the bulkiness and stiffness of traditional interlinings.

Featuring excellent drape, soft hand feel and high breathability, this interlining preserves the original texture and wearing comfort of outer fabrics. It is widely compatible with light to medium-weight materials including cotton, polyester, silk and various blended shirt fabrics, suitable for daily and formal apparel production.

The professional double-dot coating enables firm, stable adhesion on both conventional and sensitive fabrics. It effectively prevents glue strike-through and bleed-out during fusing, causing no damage or traces on fabric surfaces. It provides durable structural support and neat shaping without bulging, wrinkling or deforming, fully retaining the fabric's original luster and appearance.

This interlining boasts great durability with excellent wash and dry-clean resistance, resisting degumming, peeling and shrinkage after repeated cleaning to maintain long-term shaping effects. It delivers consistent fusing performance under standard industrial conditions: 130–150°C temperature, 2–4 bar pressure, and 12–15 seconds fusing time, fitting most automatic production lines for mass manufacturing.

Available in versatile colors including off white, snow white, gray and black, the interlining supports diverse fabric matching needs. It comes in a standard 60-inch width, with roll lengths ranging from 30 to 100 meters/yards, customizable to meet different production requirements and reduce material waste.
