Introduction to Thermal Bonded Nonwoven Fusible Interlining:

Thermal bonded nonwoven fusible interlining is a widely used eco-friendly garment auxiliary fabric made through hot rolling bonding process without chemical adhesives during base cloth production. We supply three standard fiber compositions for selection: 100% polyester, 50% nylon + 50% polyester, and 80% nylon + 20% polyester. Different nylon contents bring varied softness, tensile strength and draping effects to satisfy diverse clothing manufacturing needs.
For fusible coating, three hot-melt adhesive solutions are optional: PES glue, PA glue, and mixed PES+PA glue, which achieve stable bonding with various shell fabrics under heat and pressure. Our product covers a complete grammage range from 19gsm to 120gsm, and customizable width spans 90cm to 220cm, covering lightweight thin styles to heavyweight stiff versions.
This interlining features uniform base fabric, soft hand feel, excellent dimensional stability and strong wash resistance. It will not bubble, curl or peel off after repeated washing and dry cleaning. Light-weight types fit shirts, blouses and dress accessories, while medium and heavy weights are perfect for suits, coats, uniforms and fashion outerwear. With stable performance and flexible customization on raw material, glue type, weight and width, it is a cost-effective universal fusible nonwoven interlining for all kinds of apparel.
